Ultrasonic Cleaning
The ultimate in Automotive parts cleaning.
What is Ultrasonics? Ultrasonics is the science of sound waves above the limits of human audibility. The frequency of a sound wave determines its tone or pitch. Ultrasound is a sound with a pitch so high that it can not be heard by the human ear. Frequencies above 18 kHz are usually considered to be ultrasonic. The frequencies used for ultrasonic cleaning are up from 20,000 cycles per second.
The old process of chemically soaking components like Engine Blocks ,Cylinder heads and Engine parts can take days of soak time, Ultrasonic cleaning can perform a far superior job in as quick as 40 min cutting turnaround time down by days. Ultrasonic cleaning works on all sorts of materials so we are not limited to Engine parts.
